The hotel is in a convenient location, close to downtown South Lake by the casinos and within walking distance to most stores and casinos. The rooms offer a unique heart-shaped jacuzzi bathtub, but the layout is a bit awkward, and there were some maintenance issues like sticky floors and lack of bathroom plugs. The service was prompt and friendly, catering to guests' needs efficiently. The location provides a good view of the lake but is in need of a renovation. Dining options were limited during our stay, with a continental breakfast available. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
